Customer Service Representative (CSR) – HVAC & Plumbing | Dispatch & Customer Support

We are a family-owned plumbing and HVAC company seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Support / Dispatch team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in call center customer service, Customer support, HVAC & Plumbing dispatch, or service-based scheduling. 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, supporting HVAC and plumbing service operations, managing incoming calls, and coordinating service appointments with technicians and dispatch. 

Key Responsibilities – Customer Service, Dispatch & Operations Support 

  • Handle high-volume inbound callsin a customer service / call center environment, providing professional customer support for plumbing and HVAC customers 
  • Schedule, confirm, adjust HVAC and plumbing service appointments, working closely with technicians and dispatch
  • Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, permit details, and job documentation in CRM and scheduling systems
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability—priorities can change quickly, and this role requires the ability to adjust while staying organized and calm
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-focused thinking

Plumbing & HVAC Contract Billing Specialist

We are a family-owned and operated plumbing and HVAC company seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Contract Billing Specialist to manage billing and provide administrative support related to contract work. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process invoices for plumbing and HVAC contract projects
  • Review work orders, contracts, and technician reports for billing accuracy
  • Manage progress billing, change orders, and contract compliance
  • Enter purchase orders and job-related expenses into the system accurately and timely
  • Pull permits as required
  • Work with accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances as needed
  • Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and customers regarding billing questions
  • Maintain organized digital and paper records

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in HVAC and/or plumbing is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience with ServiceTitan a plus

Drain Technician

Korrect Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team! If you are a hard worker, eager to learn and looking for a rewarding career in the trades, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

As a Drain technician, you will use drain machines and sewer cameras to clean, maintain and inspect residential and commercial drainage systems. No prior experience is required; however, previous experience may influence starting pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and clear blockages in residential and commercial plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Locate clogs and problem areas using tools such as sewer cameras, electric-powered drain machines, hydro-jetting, and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Assess the condition of pipes to determine whether issues are caused by buildup, damage, tree roots or structural failure.
  • Perform minor pipe repairs related to clogs when appropriate.
  • Identify situations that require more extensive plumbing work and advise clients accordingly.
  • Communication inspection findings, recommend solutions and preventative maintenance advice to customers clearly and professionally

Qualifications:

  • No experience necessary
  • Must prioritize punctuality and be enthusiastic about their work
  • Follow multi step directions
  • Great communication skills
  • Clean driving record and pass a background and drug screening
  • We are a drug, tobacco and alcohol-free workplace
